Lemon Balm Tea

The calming impact of the Lemon Balm infused with cleansing juice of lemon, unite in a refreshing, health building hydration duo.

Recipe:

Brew a strong batch of Lemon Balm tea. If you have fresh sprigs, the  flavors strengthen when leaves are dehydrated, however, packets of the herb are sold widely in markets.

Pour the strong brew in large container, squeeze in lemon juice, and desired sweetener (we use Stevia) add water and adjust flavors to you taste. Top with cleaned lemon slices, and a sprig of Lemon Balm. Serve over ice.

Perfect for hot summer days after spending all day out in the garden.
